My story

A Journey Built in the UAE. A Business Built Around Careers.

My journey in the UAE began in 1999, when I arrived with the ambition to build a career and a life in a country that would eventually become an integral part of my personal and professional story.

After spending approximately 15 years in the corporate world, I stepped into entrepreneurship in 2014. What started as a passion for helping professionals present their experience more effectively eventually developed into Your Resume Writer.

As one of the early professionals to establish specialised resume-writing services in the UAE, I saw first-hand that a successful career requires much more than a well-written CV. Professionals need the right positioning, career direction, visibility, interview strategy and access to the right opportunities.

Over the years, I have worked with professionals ranging from graduates and early-career candidates to senior executives and C-suite leaders, creating more than 1,500 professional resumes across 40+ industries and helping clients navigate different stages of their careers.

In 2024, my work and journey were featured in Khaleej Times, an important milestone in the growth and recognition of the Your Resume Writer brand.

Our services now extend across professional resume writing, LinkedIn optimisation, career coaching, interview preparation, job-search strategy and recruitment, allowing us to support professionals beyond simply preparing them for the market.
